Black & White Wednesday: There's Good News / Vortex

 First off, there's good news -

A $25 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. has been awarded to help revitalize downtown Richmond and better connect it with the Earlham College campus on the city’s west side.

Vortex Food Mart has been in Richmond seemly forever.

   Richmond, Indiana.

Vortex Food Mart fronts on an East bound one way street a block South from the center of town.
