As a part of checking out the newly acquired Panasonic FZ2500, spent some time returning to previous photographed locations to determine how it's results compare to the earlier work.
Selected five raw FZ2500 files and processed each one using the same, as the earlier ones, software processing programs.
Below are five finished FZ2500 images.
Eaton, Ohio.
Celina, Ohio.
Eaton, Indiana.
Knightstown, Indiana.
Conclusions:
On reviewing these finished photographs, find them to be clean and sharply detailed with accurate color.
My major concern about the camera was about lens vignetting when using 25mm wide angle lens setting. Turns out that it does but can be corrected in processing using lens correction software. Therefore, not a problem. Just an additional processing step.
A final plus is that all were achieved by not carting / using two different cameras / lenses but by using just one camera with a fixed zoom lens.
