Balack & White Wednesday: BIG PICTURE / small solution

 

Pleasantly cool, very still and quiet.  Unlike the events on the West and East coasts, this is a moment when the Midwest is a comfortable location.

BIG PICTURE

While wandering about the region, realize that there is a sense of change.  Residents are born here or arrive from elsewhere and later move away or pass on after spending time here. 

Over time, for communities, people and structures,  there is often a sense of evolving permanence as new expectations surface.  In order to fulfill this new environment, earlier solutions need to be updated.

This would include among others, mental reasoning, working and physical establishments.  This implies reviewing and revising lifestyles, education, vocations and structures.
