Yes, time for another four letter word. This time it's not SNOW - maybe later - this time it's COLD - right now.
Early morning, 20f with North wind, outside with Paisley was a quick take care of business followed by a speedy return inside and fresh cup of hot coffee.
There will no photography walkabouts the next couple of days as the high temperatures are forecasted to be in the high 20's / low 30's.
Rather, we will spend time inside baking bread, consuming Thanksgiving leftovers and watching endless worldwide streaming sporting events.
In years past, the Friday after Thanksgiving has been a huge shopping day. Locally, not so this year. Cold weather, the financial economy and the ability to comparison shop on line has changed the buying game.
As the year is about to enter the last month, will be spending quality hours reviewing, discarding unsuccessful and archiving successful photographs from the years many trips.
It is also time to think about and plan for the coming months. Locations to visit, needed materials and equipment required for successful results.
Enough already. Time to deal with today. Now it's Black Friday, so let's have something bright.
