Quiet early morning as we sat, for bit outside, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Later, moved inside for a quick breakfast and coffee.
The past week has been a whirlwind of equipment activity. After returning Sunday, from a Geneva, Indiana walkabout, decided that needed another Pentax camera body.
Instead of one body with an attached medium zoom lens and carrying an extra wide-angle zoom lens, would prefer, in order to quickly photograph, not have to change lenses but simply have two bodies each with an attached lens.
After several days of searching available options, came up with several varying solutions.
Uncovered a used mint Pentax K-S1 body in nearby retail outlet and ordered it. Wonder of wonders - ordered in early afternoon, it arrived the very next day. Unbelievable service!
So impressed, went back to their web offerings and found a used mint zoom lens that would complete the kit. Ordered and delivered with the same speedy service as before.
O.K. - enough equipment chatter - a result from a ramble in Illinois.
