Churubusco, Indiana - often called Busco - is a town in the extreme northeast corner of Whitley County, with a 2024 population of 1,863.
The name Churubusco is a Spanish corruption of an indigenous place name referring to a temple area, bordered by the Rio Churubusco, in Mexico City.
As times and choices change, the Churubusco Pit Stop Pub and Pizza
is now permanently closed.
