The Richmond Kmart was erected in1960 as a Grants department store and was turned into a Kmart in June, 1978. It was vacated in 2019
U-Haul Moving & Storage purchased the shuttered Kmart in 2020 and renovated the property for a full-service retail, moving and self-storage facility.
