On a somewhat warm - 40's - Saturday headed a short distance over to Eaton, Ohio.
Eaton is a city in and the county seat of Preble County, Ohio.The population was 8,407 at the 2010 census an increase from the 2000 census of 8,133. Between 2015 and 2016 the population declined from 8,294 to 8,274 and in 2017 it decreased to 8,184.
There are several interesting buildings throughout the community. One such example is the Van Ausdal - Donohoe house.
