Nine years ago on a bright warm sunny day found this:

Graphics and building looking fresh and inviting.
Returned New Years Day on a cold but rather bright day to discover:
Greensfork, Indiana.
Allowing for the difference in Summer and Winter light, the signage and building have faded along with one pot missing and another moved.
Would seem the owner by not maintaining the graphics and building has given up selling the property.
