Monday Morning Coffee: Returning To Fairmount

First visited Fairmount, a town in Grant County in East Central Indiana in 2009 and have since been returning at least once a year.  It was the early home of actor James Dean, who is buried there.

The population was 2954 in 2010 and 2880 in 2014.  As with other small locations, the population is decreasing. In fact, it is almost -4% since 2000.

In so many of these small towns / villages, along with the empty storefronts, there are often antique outlets.
