A white wall that was just asking to be embellished. Not with graffiti but with messages.
Along the road leading into the Whitewater Gorge - not far from Richmond High School - we have a variety of answers to the We R from many different people.
A bit further along we have individual works. Each person filling their white space.
There are also more traditional carefully composed pieces that tell a story.
Wall paintings are not uncommon in Mexico, Central and South America. These influences are appearing as the Richmond population becomes more diverse. .
