The Independent Order Of Odd Fellows - I.O.O.F. - is a fraternal organization founded in England in the 1600s.
The I.O.O.F. was founded in North America in Baltimore, Maryland in1819 and in September 1851 became the first national fraternity to include both men and women.
Today, I.O.O.F. continues to exist with nearly 10,000 lodges in approximately 26 countries.
