Monday Morning Coffee: Improvements / Not So Much

These days, my cameras of choice are the 22 mp Panasonic Lumix DC-G9 announced at the end of 2017 and the 26mp Pentax K-3 Mark III on April 23, 2021.  Both of these a capable of producing clear, sharp and true color images.

Today's entry is a bit of step back in time.  The image below is the result of using a Nikon 5700 camera.

   Richmond, Indiana.

 

Now the 5.0 megapixel Nikon Coolpix 5700, with a optical zoom range of 35mm-280mm in 35mm photography, was introduced May 29, 2002. 

 

That result is not too shabby, as the camera came on the scene almost 22 years ago!

 

For what it's worth:

 

Hong Kong has visited 260+ times in the last few days. Enough already.
