In its heyday, the Pulse Opera House in Warren was a lively space rich in history.
It had hosted theater companies and dances, served as a movie theater and almost as a bazaar, a place where medicine men could sell cure-all tonics and snake-eating performers could wow crowds.
Buffalo Bill Cody, William Jennings Bryan and Paul Dresser (composer of “On the Banks of Wabash”) all performed there.
