Indeed Winter has arrived. The morning three mile walkabout in Preble County was refreshing as the temperature was 24 degrees with a wind chill of 16 degrees.
Needless to say we did not see any of these along the way.
Returning, hot coffee followed later with a large bowl of homemade chicken soup helped to defrost the body.
With a predicted high of 32, believe we will remain inside for much of the day. Once again, more coffee, wood fire, a good book will be the order of the day along with a warm hot spicy Mexican evening meal.
