TGIF: Penn Station Richmond, Indiana.

A rather imposing building in the Historic Richmond, Indiana District is the Pennsylvania Railroad Station.  It was designed in the Chicago architectural office of Daniel Burnham.  The building was built in 1902 and is Noe-Classical in style.

A detail view of the Pennsylvania logo on the right side of the building.

With the abandonment of passenger trains, the building closed and was boarded.  In recent years a new owner appeared. The structure has been restored and is now available for new tenants.
