Low temperatures along with the ground covered with 6-8 inches of snow does not lead to traveling about the Midwest capturing images.
No - today has been spent gathering tax information. It's again that time of the year. April will soon be here along with - I hope - warmer weather and greening landscape.
The positives are this is a fine time to relax, refresh and review new opportunities.
Relaxing includes early morning walks with Liah. Quiet time of the day, few cars and fewer people, we have the surroundings to ourselves.
This down time includes attention to interests outside of photography. Reading, cooking and sporting events - cycling, soccer, basketball and tennis - all help to refresh.

this is a time to clear out the old and prepare for the new.
An open mind filled with fresh ideas and willingness to work to explore new and different projects, promises richer results.
