Monday Morning Coffee: Gasoline To Lubrication


 A new retail building is usually designed and constructed for a specific business purpose.  Over time, as the business needs change, the building changes. 

Some are empty as the business failed or moved to a different location.

   Richmond, Indiana.  

A closed Standard Oil (Indiana) gas station.  The company was acquired by Amoco and left the region. 
 
The building was modified to meet new demands and repurposed as a Jiffy Lube Outlet
